The pavilion may be reserved for a rental fee of $50.00. Payment must be received in full 3 weeks prior to the rental date. There are no refunds for no-show and cancellations. The pavilion hours of usage are from 11am - 4pm. The rental pavilion is located at the intersection of Wilderness and Ridge Roads. |

A maximum of 50 guests over the age of 8 years are allowed for group reservations. Children under the age of 7 years are not considered guests. |

The clubhouse may be reserved for groups at a rental fee of $200 plus a refundable $100 security deposit. The hours of use are from 7pm - 11pm. The maximum number of guest allowed is 100. |

A signed Group Reservation Policy form must be signed and returned to confirm the reservation. |

A maximum of 10 RV's or 3 cabins can be reserved upon availability and approval, based on ownership type. Groups may not reserve more than 1 cabin on Thanksgiving or Christmas. Group rentals must be paid in full at least 5 days prior to the group date. |

There will be no refunds on any units which are cancelled after payment has been made. |

All RV's will be confirmed in glen 14 no more than 5 days prior to the group date. No RV's will be added and there is no switching of RV's after check-in. |

Check-in time is any time after 2pm for trailers and 4pm for cabins. Check-out time is always 10am. A $50/$200 late check-out penalty will be billed for each unit that is still occupied after 10am. |

A complete typed alphabetized list of all guests attending must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the arrival date. There will be no changes made after the list has been turned in. The list must include first and last names. Anyone not on the list will be denied access. |

No guest will be allowed on property until after the owner has arrived and the owner must remain on property for the duration of their guests stay. |

The owner will be held responsible for all damages incurred by his/her guest(s), as well as the actions of the guest(s). |

Groups may not utilize the common ares. such as the pools and gym, that would infringe on the rights of the other owners. |
 |
All unit keys must be picked up by the owner at the time of arrival. |
