Pet Registration: When you are bringing your pet to the Resort for the first time we ask that you provide us with your vetenarian papers showing that your pet has his or her current shots. You will also need to complete a pet registration form. You can complete one and print it out here so that you can have the completed form ready at check-in. The pet registration form is not to be provided in place of your vetenarian papers. Pets are not allowed in the cabins.
Power of Attorney: When you give someone "Power of Attorney" over your ownership the "Attorney in Fact" shall have the privileges of the ownership for a minimum of one year. Also, the power of attorney form must be notarized or it will not be accepted. The Resort has a notary on site Monday-Friday 9am-4pm, however we recommend that you call ahead to make sure a notary will be available.
Notarized Letter for Dependants: All dependants 17 and under must be with a designated person at least 18 years old. The chaperone is to have a notarized letter from the owner. All dependants, regardless of age need a notarized letter from the owner to come onto the property for day usage or overnight stays.
Job Application: You are welcome to print out a job application and bring it to the Resort or if you like you can fax it to the Human Resource Assistant Director. To fax the application send it to Amy at 540.972.3506.
